Your plan includes a credit balance for deliberate, on-demand actions—such as enriching a lead, finding a verified email, revealing a phone number, or generating outreach. Your scheduled market monitoring is included separately and does not spend credits.

Annual credits remain available until renewal, while monthly and daily action caps still reset on their normal schedule. Monthly subscription credits expire at rollover. Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase.
Active leads
Monitoring is an allowance, not a credit charge.
An active lead is an eligible, enriched lead Arcova keeps under scheduled watch. Free and Starter are monitored monthly. Growth is monitored weekly.
When your active-lead allowance is full, additional eligible leads can be waitlisted. As space becomes available, Arcova prioritizes the strongest-fit records. Monitoring and confirmed job-change maintenance use zero customer credits.

Common questions
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No. Monthly subscription credits expire at the monthly rollover. Annual credits remain available until annual renewal.
Can purchased credits take me beyond a plan cap?
No. Credit packs add spendable credits, but your plan's daily, monthly, and rolling usage caps still apply.
What happens if an action fails?
Reserved credits are returned when the action fails or does not produce a billable result. Retrying the same operation does not charge twice.
Does every person on my team need a paid seat?
No. Starter and Growth use fixed workspace pricing and include unlimited users.
Does monitoring spend credits every week or month?
No. Scheduled monitoring is included within your active-lead allowance and plan cadence.
