Set up your company and target profiles
Tell Arcova about your company and describe who you sell to. Each description is a target profile (we call it an ICP, short for ideal customer profile). You can run up to 8 active target profiles at once, so you can cover a few different types of buyer without your list turning into a grab bag.
Bring in your contacts
Import the people and companies you already know about, or let Arcova find new ones that match your target profiles. Either way, Arcova cleans up duplicates and fills in missing details automatically. Arcova is not another contact database: it works with the data you already have and checks anything new against your target profile before you pay for it.
See fit and readiness at a glance
Every contact and company gets two simple scores: fit (how closely they match your target profile) and readiness (how likely they are to be worth reaching out to right now, based on what's changed recently, like a new role, hiring activity, or funding). Together they tell you who is worth your time today.
Work your priority list
Your Today page turns fit and readiness into a short, ranked list of who to focus on. It updates as new information comes in, so you always know where to start your day.
Reach out
When someone is ready, generate an outreach sequence in one click. Arcova writes it in your tone of voice and ties each message to a real, current reason to reach out, never a generic template.
A note on scores
Fit and readiness are meant to save you time, not replace your judgment. A high-fit, high-readiness contact is a strong bet, but you can always dig into the reasoning behind a score and reach out to anyone on your list, regardless of where they rank.
