Lead capacity and monitoring
Lead capacity is how many contacts your workspace can hold and keep monitored at once. It's a plan setting, not a credit cost. Free and Starter workspaces are refreshed monthly; Growth workspaces are refreshed weekly, so the leads you're actively watching stay current more often. Once your workspace is at capacity, you can still spend credits on the leads you already have, but adding more requires a higher plan.
Annual billing
Paying annually gets you 2 months free compared to paying monthly, and your full year of credits is granted upfront so you can use them at whatever pace suits you. Annual credits stay available until your plan renews; they just don't refresh every month the way monthly credits do.
Changing your plan
You can upgrade, change your billing cycle, or buy extra credits any time from Settings → Billing. Only your workspace owner or an admin can make these changes.
